Privately Negotiated Transactions


Effective August 4, 2009, CCX is posting summary information of privately negotiated transactions at the end of each trading day, including quantity, vintage, and price, as well as a summary of the type of Carbon Financial Instrument (CFI) contracts delivered in the transaction. CCX is committed to providing the marketplace full transparency with respect to all transactions involving CFIs taking place on or off the CCX trading platform.

CCX will post this information at the end of each trading day. CCX reserves the right to post information on transactions received after 2 pm CST at the end of the following trading day. Transactions will only be posted upon properly completed paperwork from both parties to the transactions.

The following links represent (1) the details of privately negotiated transactions between CCX members reported to CCX on the dates indicated and (2) monthly volume and weighted average price charts. CCX makes no representation as to marketability or market value of these CFI contracts.
